A Journey Through Italy
Showcasing flights of wine from Piedmont and Tuscany, this dinner celebrates the best Italy has to offer.
We will begin the dinner in the most Italian way: with a glass of Champagne. If you have been to Italy, you will recognize how much Italians love this wine from France.
Guests will then enjoy a curated selection of wines from Italy’s storied regions – Friuli, Veneto, Piedmont, and Tuscany – paired with a collaborative tasting menu from Chef Hillary Sterling of Ci Siamo, joining us from New York, and Chef James Hackney of Wequassett.
The night concludes with Italy’s very own bubbles, Lambrusco, which, when asked, is every chef’s guilty pleasure.
