A story of friendship and collaboration
La Paulée has a very close relationship with the legendary Troisgros family of chefs & restaurateurs, and has welcomed Michel, Marie-Pierre, César, and Léo many times to cook in New York, San Francisco, Aspen, and beyond. The Troisgros in turn have their own longstanding close friendships with the top domaines in Burgundy that attend La Paulée year after year.

In 2022, Marie-Pierre asked La Paulée’s founder Daniel Johnnes - “We’ve come to so many Paulées in the US; why don’t we do a Paulée at Maison Troisgros in Ouches?”

Thus, La Paulée des Champs [La Paulée of the Fields] was born - a Paulée-style ode to the wines of Burgundy, seasoned with the Troisgros magic. 2023 marked the first edition of this wondrous experience, with successive events in 2024 and 2025.

La Paulée des Champs 2026

The 2026 edition will take place at Maison Troisgros and their properties in Ouches, France from June 4 - June 6, 2026.

The celebration kicks off on Thursday, June 4 with a convivial dinner in the old winery "Le Cuvage" at Maison Troigros in Ouches. Chefs Michel and César will prepare a menu paired with wines from the winemakers in attendance.

The program will continue the following day at La Colline du Colombier, a beautiful restaurant in the countryside owned by Chef Léo Troisgros and his partner Lisa Roche, with a convivial lunch showcasing the current vintage followed by a game of afternoon pétanque. For the evening, guests will join the winemakers at Le Bois sans Feuilles, their 3-Michelin star restaurant at Maison Troisgros, for an exclusive wine paired dinner.

On Saturday, June 6, get ready for a festival finale! Chefs Troisgros and their culinary team will prepare a special lunch menu in a beautiful setting at Le Pré Cheval, where the winemakers will be joined by their families who represent the current generation at their estates. At this La Paulée style lunch, guests and winemakers will bring wines from their cellars to share while enjoying exquisite food and lively music.

Rooms are available at the hotel of Maison Troisgros, in the very unique cadoles at La Colline du Colombier in Iguerande or in the adjoining property Le Pré Cheval.

Each package includes two nights at one of the three Troisgros properties and transportation between events. All meals are included, including breakfast and the complete lineup of La Paulée events: the tasting, two lunches, and two dinners.
