La Paulée enters its 26th year in the United States
It is a testament to the world’s passion for Burgundy that our Paulée has evolved from a simple dinner at restaurant Montrachet in Tribeca to the multi-day, multi-city festival that it is today.
We are pleased to once again welcome you to a bi-coastal celebration of Burgundy - following a quick stop in January in Palo Alto, CA to visit our friends at Protégé restaurant, the team will head to San Francisco in February and then our home city of New York at the end of March. Two unique incredible rosters of Burgundy’s finest domaines will be featured at a series of tastings, lunches, dinners, seminars, and our signature Gala Dinner. These great wines will be paired with the cuisine of world-renowned chefs led by our Chef d’Honneur Daniel Boulud. The wine service will be conducted by some of our nation’s finest sommeliers.
Last year’s 25th anniversary celebrations were monumental - but we’re just getting started.
