La Paulée is going to Mexico!

In preparation for the big one in 2027, La Paulée will lay the groundwork this October 21 in Mexico City with an intimate Paulée. The festivities will include a Master Class, a Rare Wine dinner and the traditional La Pauée BYO dinner.

What we are calling a dinner is actually a lunch in Mexican tradition where lunch starts around 2pm and segues into a long leisurely afternoon and dinner.
