Stretching from the Côte de Nuits, through the Côte de Beaune, and down to the Côte Chalonnaise, the holdings of Domaine Génot-Boulanger represent a magnificent mosaic of terroirs, all farmed organically and with the utmost care. Winemaker & co-proprietor Guillaume Lavollée, who manages the estate with his wife Aude, will present a selection of wines at this lunch that represent the domaine’s outstanding diversity of terroirs, from Puligny & Meursault, through Corton-Charlemagne, and finishing with Clos Vougeot. Each will demonstrate Guillaume & Aude’s commitment to terroir transparency and pure deliciousness, paired with a tasting menu from Chef Andrew Carmellini at Locanda Verde Hudson Yards.
