Join us for a truly exceptional evening featuring some of the most coveted wines from Burgundy at Protégé, a Michelin-starred restaurant with Dennis Kelly and Chef Anthony Secviar.
The night will begin with a flight of Grand Cru Bâtard-Montrachet from Pierre Morey, a true icon of Meursault. We will then transition to Volnay's historical Domaine Lafarge and their beautifully perfumed wine from the Clos du Château des Ducs vineyard.
For the main course, we will present a vertical of the incredibly complex and deep Grand Cru Ruchottes-Chambertin, by Mugneret-Gibourg. The dinner will conclude with a grand finale trio of gorgeous appellations, including the extremely rare Cros Parantoux.
Guests will be seated at a communal table and the wines will be presented by Daniel Johnnes and the Paulée team.
