To celebrate the 10th anniversary of La Paulée de New York, I’ve decided to take La Paulée back to Aspen (we were there in 2006!). I’ve reveled in the opportunity to do another Paulée des Neiges, as I can’t imagine a better winter medley than that of world-class food, legendary Burgundy and skiing!

This exclusive extension of La Paulée de New York will allow a limited number of guests the rare opportunity to intimately mingle with the most sought-after winemakers of Burgundy.

Of course, we couldn't host the world's finest wines and winemakers without providing our guests with cuisine from the finest chefs. Our Chef D’Honneur, Daniel Boulud, will collaborate with Host Chef Ryan Hardy of the Little Nell and Michelin-starred Chefs Michael Mina and Michel Troisgros on an unforgettable menu.

I invite you to Aspen to share in Burgundian bonhomie as you sip great Burgundies and ski the gorgeous slopes of Aspen with the winemakers and chefs!
