Why do you love Burgundy?

Burgundy is one of the most complex, unique and diverse wine regions on the planet. What continues to fascinate me is the diversity of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir from village to village, producer to producer. No wine is the same, it's a constant learning experience. The wines themselves are so elegant & pure. I never get tired of tasting, drinking & learning more about all the regions of Burgundy.

What is your favorite Burgundy Pairing?

Chablis from Vincent Dauvissat & East Coast Oysters.

How are you celebrating La Paulée Burgundy Week?

During La Paulee Burgundy week, we will feature a number of red and white wines by the glass. In addition we’ll have a few bottles from the cellar available by the glass via Coravin! We’ll also have a section of the list dedicated to our favorite wines from the region.
