La Paulée Welcomes “NextGen” Burgundy Lovers

La Paulée de San Francisco

March 3, 2018

La Paulée welcomes “NextGen” wine and food lovers eager for an opportunity to experience the varied expressions of Burgundy.  La Paulée’s Gala Dinner is the marquee event of the weekend and is modeled after the tradition in Burgundy of celebrating the end of harvest by sharing a meal and multiple bottles from the cellar with friends and colleagues.

The “NextGen” Ticket is perfect for La Paulée first-timers curious about the signature Gala Dinner which will feature a menu prepared by Chefs Daniel Boulud of DANIEL, Traci Des Jardins of Jardinière, Michael Mina of MICHAEL MINA, Joshua Skenes of Saison, and Michael Tusk of Quince. In the tradition of La Paulée de Meursault, guests are invited to bring exciting bottles of great Burgundies to share alongside those from attending winemakers, adding to the convivial and generous atmosphere in the room.

In addition to a special first time Gala Dinner price of $995, La Paulée will offer:

  • A complimentary entry to the popular “Off Grid” tasting.  This tasting features the great values found in the 5 regions of Burgundy (the Cote d’Or, the Maconnais, the Chalonnais, the Beaujolais and the Yonne, Chablis).

  • AND entry to the exclusive La Paulée late night dance party featuring DJ Carlos from Villa Mas Spain, late night snacks, truffled eggs cooked by Daniel Johnnes, and access to a list of purchasable rare Burgundies to continue the party. Delamotte Champagne, Menabrea Beer, The Bad Stuff Tequila, and bespoke cocktails from the bartender at the newly reopened BIIG, one of San Francisco’s favorite cocktail lounges will all be provided at no additional charge.

Don't know what to bring to the event? La Paulée can assist with selecting and sourcing great bottles of Burgundy at all price points for the Gala Dinner through trusted sources that we work with.

Cheers,

Daniel
