Welcome to La Paulée de New York
La Paulée is my homage to La Paulée de Meursault, a convivial Burgundian fête shared by growers and their guests. At La Paulée, guests sample current releases and older vintages from the most sought-after domaines of Burgundy. The wine service is led by over fifty of our nation's most noted sommeliers.
Of course, we couldn't feature the greatest wines without providing our guests with cuisine from the world's finest chefs. In 2013, our Chef d'Honneur, Daniel Boulud, Chef Ryan Hardy, Chef Daniel Humm and Chef César Ramirez welcomed Chef Michel Troisgros of Roanne, France, to collaborate on unforgettable menus.
